Weekly Pay Overnight Caregivers/STNA & CNA $16-$20/HR

Assisting Hands Home Care is a non-medical home care company seeking compassionate and dependable overnight Caregivers, STNAs and CNAs to join our team! If you have hands-on experience, enjoy helping seniors and enjoy working overnights, we encourage you to apply. 

Overnight Shift Responsibilities

  • Provide overnight supervision and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
    • Bathing
    • Grooming
    • Dressing
    • Toileting
  • Monitor client safety and comfort throughout the night
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare light meals/snacks and assist with light housekeeping
  • Support mobility, repositioning, and transfers as needed
  • Help maintain a calm, safe, and comfortable overnight environment
Qualifications & Skills

  • Compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to quality senior care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of caregiving best practices
  • Ability to safely assist with mobility and lift/transfer up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently during overnight hours
Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on caregiving experience required 
  • Must be able to perform independently from day one
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients
